Chicago's Minimum Wage Ordinance went into effect July 1, 2015. It covers most employers and employees in Chicago, including "tipped" employees.
If you are a covered employer, you are REQUIRED to post notice about the new ordinance and the rights afforded to your employees.

Stay compliant, everybody. The minimum wage will be going up for the next few years.
